Deborah joined Robertson O’Gorman in 2020 and is responsible for overseeing operations, financial management and human resources. Prior to joining the firm, she was Chief Operations Officer at Caxton Legal Centre Inc and Chief Financial Officer at Guide Dogs Queensland.
Degree qualified in accounting, she brings strong strategic and operational skills along with being a specialist in financial analysis, audit, compliance and corporate governance.
Deborah’s many years of experience as C suite executive in the not-for-profit sector and her training in governance means that she prides herself on helping deliver superior level service to our clients along with ensuring best practice governance and compliance for the firm. She understands clients’ needs and concerns and is committed to running an efficient and productive workplace which prioritises client satisfaction. Deborah is happy to talk to clients at any time if they have any concerns about their matters.
Deborah’s partner is Simon and their family comprises four daughters, one son and two French bulldogs (Cleo and Brutus). Her personal interests include yoga, camping, volleyball and travel.
