Hannah joined Robertson O’Gorman in January 2018 after completing an Associateship in the Supreme Court of Queensland from May 2016 to January 2018. Hannah graduated from The University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts (Extended Major Anthropology) in 2016 and obtained her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law in 2017. She was admitted in October 2017.

Hannah is passionate about access to justice and has worked and volunteered in the community legal sector since 2011, most notably at LawRight assisting self-represented litigants. Hannah developed a keen interest in the area of criminal law during her time as a Judge’s Associate and, combining that interest with a passion for access to justice, decided to pursue a career in criminal defence.

Prior to her Associateship Hannah worked as a paralegal in the areas of immigration law, administrative law and employment law.

Between July 2013 and January 2014 Hannah travelled to rural South America and Tanzania to volunteer on various projects aimed at assisting communities in need. Hannah is a first dan black belt in Seikukan karate and has achieved her AMu Dip (Honours) in classical piano performance.
