Virginia holds a Juris Doctor from Griffith University, where she was awarded the Griffith Award for Academic Excellence. She was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia in 2022 and has built her legal career across private defence practices and community legal centres.
Virginia’s experience includes working as a legal research assistant with the Griffith University Innocence Project, where she reviewed wrongful conviction cases and analysed complex evidentiary issues. She regularly appears in the Magistrates, District and Supreme Courts across Queensland, representing clients.
